There are spaces within us that are dark, chaotic and loud, places that feel uncontained, overwhelming, even intolerable. When these pockets inside are entered gently and peacefully, with great care, light can enter. Quiet abundance can be found. Often, a soft, safe presence is needed to travel so deeply within.
